Crafting a World of Realized Potential

Business Coaching

It is quite fashionable to offer outsourced or virtual CFO (Chief Financial Officer) services. And there are great benefits to be had including access to high level, seasoned expertise for a small business unable to afford a full-time CFO. So: cost savings.

We, on the other hand, offer business coaching services. What is the difference? We both provide experienced, professional expertise. We both give guidance and counsel from the “been-there, done-that” perspective. Us and them (we and they?) should bring a broad scope of skill and knowledge in the finance arena.

Personalized Training

We focus on coaching so you, as a small business owner, are equipped to make the best decisions for your unique business. It’s not that we don’t want to be accountable - we do. But if we focus on transferring some of our expertise to you, won’t you grow to be more powerful and successful. Won’t you be better prepared for the next challenge, the next level?

Realize Your Potential

CFOs use their expertise to make decisions and report results. We use our expertise to coach, mentor, teach, and advise--in a word: equip.

Preparing for Growth

When do you need coaching? If you have questions like:

  • Should I raise money or borrow?

  • Should I expand vertically or horizontally?

  • Should I start a new company? What kind?

  • Should I hire or outsource?

  • Should I lease or buy? For how much?

  • Do I have enough money to do what I want to do?

  • If we do this, what are the projected results in the next year, three, five?

  • How will these options affect my taxes?

  • Should I raise prices?

  • How much do I need to increase sales to afford a yacht--I mean bass boat? (If you can entertain buying a large yacht--hire a full-time CFO.)

  • How can I tie pay to performance?

  • Are my costs in line?

  • Is my company financially healthy? Where can we improve based on real-world metrics?

  • What is my exit strategy?

  • What is my company worth? Should I sell it or leave it to my kids?

  • Will the Cowboys ever win another championship? (We draw the line at wild speculation and entertaining potentially unhealthy fantasies.)
